Interim Executive Management

We lead not-for-profit organizations through Executive Director and CEO transitions with a rapid, responsive, and adaptable approach. We have the expertise, experience and gravitas to lead board and staff through strategic realignments and provide hands-on executive management during complex transitions. Strategic Planning

We offer a facilitated and inclusive process that generates a shared vision among an organization’s key stakeholders and a plan that positions the organization to respond to a changing environment. Our planning approach integrates conceptual thinking with practical implementation, specifying a coordinated set of actions that will reinforce your organization’s unique strengths and align all key decisions toward advancing its mission. The plan will prioritize goals, create benchmarks, and clear incremental objectives to be achieved in measurable timeframes.

 

Organizational Development

We offer an innovative approach to position our clients for appropriately scaled growth. Our Organizational Assessment is a critical component of Capacity Building. It is a diagnostic tool and an educational process, identifying organizational strengths and areas for improvement. With thoughtful business planning, we build models to help clients take advantage of opportunities presented by a dynamic environment, including opportunities for collaboration and restructuring. Our Board Development services incorporate sophisticated strategies to build stronger, more effective boards and committees and strengthen the staff-volunteer partnerships.

 

Fund Development

Our development assessment evaluates fundraising efforts in relation to mission and long-range plans. Upon a comprehensive review, a development plan is developed with strategies to enhance fundraising production, that includes timelines, staffing, and budgeting. Our feasibility studies assess fundraising potential and strategies through a series of interviews and analyses, focused on the articulation of a compelling and urgent case for support, trained and prepared volunteers and cultivated donors, with capacity and propensity to support the organization.
